Silks TV Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SWAGNERD GANG LLC ("SWAGNERD GANG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Silks TV mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Silks TV is a horse-racing streaming and track-discovery application available for Android and iOS.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Silks TV, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Account information: If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and a unique account identifier. You may use certain parts of Silks TV without creating an account.
• App and device information: Device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location inferred from an IP address, advertising identifiers, and technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Usage information: Interactions with app features, selected racetracks, playback activity, ad interactions, diagnostic events, and locally stored preferences.
• Notification information: If you enable notifications, a device notification token and your notification preferences may be processed to deliver messages to your device.
• Communications: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting support, including your email address and message.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Silks TV;
• Authenticate accounts and synchronize supported account features;
• Deliver video streams, track information, replays, schedules, and notifications;
• Display, measure, and manage advertising for users of the free Service;
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and understand app performance;
• Respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Advertising

Silks TV uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, ad interactions, and other device or usage information to provide, measure, limit, and—where permitted and consented to—personalize advertising. Consent choices may be presented in the app where required by law. You can also manage advertising preferences through your device settings.

Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers that help us operate Silks TV, including:

• Google Firebase: authentication, cloud database, messaging, and supporting app infrastructure;
• Google AdMob: advertising delivery and measurement;
• Google and Apple: account authentication when you select their sign-in services;
• Streaming and infrastructure providers: video delivery, hosting, network operation, and security.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. Other information is retained only for the period needed for the purposes described in this policy, including security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by data type and service provider.

Your choices and rights

You may use supported areas of Silks TV without signing in, disable notifications in your device settings, reset or limit your advertising identifier, and manage consent choices where available. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

You may request deletion of your Silks TV account and associated personal data from the account settings inside the app. You may also contact us at support@swagnerdgng.com. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security and legitimate recordkeeping.

Children's privacy

Silks TV is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the applicable jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Third-party content and links

The Service may contain streams, information, or links supplied by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
